Delivery follows confirmation

The checkout records a crypto payment separately from product delivery. A paid status means the transfer was confirmed; it does not by itself mean the digital product has been sent.

For eligible gift cards, Coingifto commits to emailing the code and instructions within two minutes after payment confirmation. The timing starts after confirmation, not when a transaction is first sent. Blockchain confirmation happens first and can take longer.

Mobile top-ups, eSIMs and other digital formats follow the delivery or redemption flow shown for the product. They may not arrive as a code, and the gift-card timing does not apply to them.
