- At checkout
Use an email you can check
Review the checkout email character by character. That address receives the code and instructions. If it is yours, plan to forward the delivered gift yourself.
- During payment
Match coin, network and exact amount
Use the three details from the same 60-minute quote. Sending on another network can delay or prevent a usable order.
- After transfer
Wait for confirmation, then email
Keep the order reference. Check the inbox and spam folder after confirmation; if the expected email does not arrive, open a support ticket with the reference.
